Consultation to look for a new doctor. The staff was polite and mostly professional. When calling to make an appointment, someone who confessed they usually didn't do the phones, asked me a ton of questions, primarily to establish and confirm insurance. As for the doctor, he came into the examination room with an apparent chip on his shoulder from the beginning. Had a student intern in attendance which was fine. Perhaps he was giving her a performance of being a god complex physician, but he was exceedingly rude, condescending and said if I had migraines, I would need to see a neurologist ,anxiety, I would need a psychiatrist, a sleeping disorder, I would need to see a specialist. He refused to refill any prescription I was on because they all needed a specialist, even though I have been on these medications for several years. He told me if this was all I needed, sorry he wasted my time! He made me feel like I was a drug addict! Horrible experience, equally horrible dr.

My wife and I have been seeing Dr. Morgan since 2002. He, his PA Rebecca, and staff have been outstanding through my wifes breast cancer and all of our ageing problems. Dr. Morgan and Staff have demonstrated that they will go above and beyond to help you through the most challenging health moments with knowledge, empathy, and support. Though we've moved 120 miles away, we will continue seeing Dr. Morgan. We know the value of finding a good doctor.

I never had to see Dr. Morgan until his PA, Stephanie left. The one and only time I saw him he was rude, that is when he spoke to me, I was lucky that he even looked at me once the entire time I was there. He never smiled, left the office and did say he would be back, he never returned; the nurse came in and said I was done. I stopped going to see him that day, will never be back.

It's true that it used to be difficult to see Dr. Morgan, but due to changes in administration I was able to get in the next day with no problem. Several times. If you treat the staff with kindness, they return the favor and are very helpful. Dr. Morgan is a wonderful physician and he is so vastly knowledgeable. If he doesn't know the answer, he'll definitely get it for you. I would gladly cash pay to see Dr. Morgan.

I have been going to Dr Morgan for about 10 years. Since his practice has grown so much you can't get in to see him unless you book about a month in advance. You have to see his PA's, one of whom is really lousy and the other is mediocre. Dr Morgan is an excellent doctor, very concerned and caring- but as I said, you can't see him! The staff always tries to get me in with one of the PA's within a couple days.

I have been going to this office for 3 years, and have only once seen Dr. Morgan-- He was very good, but the problem is, we always have to see his P.A's, who are not so good. His office staff is rude, if you have an illness that needs to be treated asap, good luck getting in. They will very nastily tell you they are booked out 2 weeks and you need to go to the E.R. Doesnt matter what time of day you call, you never get seen within a couple of days. I no longer have health ins., and am out of pocket pay. I had appt. for 8/29/05, the Dr. wanted to see me before they would refill any of the meds his P.A gave me 9 months ago. When I asked the price of the visist, they told me anywhere from 75.00 up, depending on what the Dr. did, they couldn't give me a price. It could end up being a couple of hundred dollars. I explained I was coming in for a med check per the Dr and I wasnt having anything else done. Still, she couldn't tell me what the visit would cost. She stated it was up to the Dr. as to what he felt he should charge me, and I would know AFTER the visit. There was no Basic visit ch
