Dr hunter delivered me 23 years ago. He has helped me so much. When I had my daughter he even went to the hospital that night to not only check on the baby (his new patient) but he checked on me and even had a few tests ordered that my terrible OB/GYN didn't do. His compassion for his work is just amazing! My husband asked me why our daughter had to go all the way to Albany (a 30 minute drive from where we live) and after the first visit he was convinced that that was even the dr for him. I am completely convinced that this is the best dr in the whole world and I don't know what Im gonna do when he retires some day.

Dr. Hunter has been really helpful and careing to me since i was diiagnosed with MS in 2002....he is very comforting and understanding ...all in all just a wonderfull dr. and friend and person!!!!! thank you sincerly Michael Oakley

For approximately twenty-five years, he has cared for and assisted my family as if it was part of his family. He is VERY knowledgeable. For example, years ago he diagnosed a child with an illness that was so rare, only six people in the entire world had it. When he does not know the answer, he is not afraid to refer a patient. This shows the mark of a true professional. He is not afraid to ask for the sake of the client. Over the years, members of the family have had countless medical issues and many emergencies. He has offered comfort as well as medical assistance. Sometimes that means a house call at nine at night! Yes! He makes them! He even rode a snowmobile during a blizzard to deliver a baby when the couple got stuck at a nursing home in the country. Bob has also dispensed something regularly that I see few other health care professionals use today. That substance is compassion. This is followed with a warm smile and a wonderful bear hug. Bob is a very kind man!!!!

I have known Dr. Hunter for over twenty years. Doctors have always made me feel nervous and uneasy. The first time he walked into the door, he had a big grin on his face, making me feel at ease. Every patient leaves feeling well cared for and with a big hug. Sometimes the hug is more important than the treatment! Dr. Hunter always greets me with a huge smile and a warm hug! He cares about each patient as a person, and wants to help each patient as much as he can! My entire family sees him and he gives each of us 100% respect and always takes time to answer every question. His staff members are all very kind and very friendly!
