Most of the staff had the personality of a wet rag. We were NEVER told that the office DOES NOT direct bill insurance. This was a HUGE inconvenience for us. If not direct billing, payment options should be available! ABSURD!

The staff assumed I was someone else and he blamed me for being late for his appointment and was quite rude when his staff completely misbooked me.

Although front reception staff is exceptionally accommodating, the male nurse is rude. I found the doctor to be impatient and unhelpful during a follow up call addressing a small complication. I had to do an online search to find home remedies. I would not recommend this oral surgeon.

Dr. Wayne has his own style... based on years of experience, knowledge and expertise. He has changed my life, having recently been my oral surgeon, successfully conducting a much needed oral surgery... where my past issues have now disappeared or been much reduced. Dr. Wayne was the only surgeon who was willing to do this surgery for me. I went to him, not for a great social personality... but does have a one liner sense of humour;.... Seriously, for his expertise which is way above. His office staff are very welcoming, professional, and focused on the patients' well being. Thank you all.

Dr. Wayne is an expert surgeon. He did surgery on me on June 25th., no side effects though there commonly are with this type of surgery. His staff is great! Nice office.

I asked Dr. Wayne to help me, as I am a victim of dental malpractice. I got a referral, and he still would not help me. He is there for the old boys, and does not five an actual hoot about a patient it seems. Part of the problem, not part of the solution.

Dr. Wayne removed my wisdom teeth approximately 6 months ago. He was kind and very willing to answer questions. The staff were all very friendly, professional, and helpful. They thoroughly explained the pre-op instructions and gave exceptionally good post-op care instructions. Everything went smoothly after the surgery, which I attribute to a well-performed surgery and the clear post-op instructions.

This guy is weird to say it politely. He is rude, condescending, evasive and frankly just arrogant, The extraction he did is still not fully better six months after, but after two follow up visits he kept asking me what do i want to do because its my mouth. Instead of offering a solution that makes some sense he kept telling me of some option all of which he himself said the problem may still be there - after indirectly acknowledging that there is a problem since the extraction . He makes it as if its the patient's fault;
I would stay away from this man - there are plenty of others more civil and probably kinder and honest.
