I am sure the doctor is great, but the staff, especially the ones answering the phones, are absolutely rude and hateful.

Dr. Pitts is one of the most patient doctors whom I have ever encountered. He answered all of my questions and explained things very well. When he has had to refer me to other physicians, they, also, have met all of my needs.
