I seen this doctor for my thyroid and he was very good. He was on time, and explained everything. He even had me explain it back and answered all my questions. It was my 1st appointment and I felt he really cared. He was extremely knowledgeable and gave me paperwork about my disease and showed me diagrams. I am looking forward to my next appointment with him. I have had thyroid disease 10 years and he was an outstanding doctor.

Dr. Dial is disrespectful and egotistical. He was upset with my girlfriend for not adding her supplements/vitamins to the medications list on her paperwork. He told her, "You're not passing my tests" after she couldn't answer certain questions, and made a demeaning comment about her reading comprehension skills. He gave her a verbal "multiple choice (a,b,c, or d)" question regarding her cortisol levels. Lastly, he referred her to another Dr., because she began defending herself and giving attitude back. Dr. Dial does not want to be questioned. He is the "boss". Quote from another patient's review, "... he said, 'you don't question me, I'm the Dr. Here." Quote from another review, "He is condescending, arrogant, and lacks compassion." Another one (Khaled voice), ".... Don't ever go to this Dr. He is rude and unorganized and egotistical." I called to speak with him about the incident and the first thing he did when I answered the phone was laugh. By the end of the conversation, he was no longer laughing because my criticisms were accurate. He didn't like having a serious( but respectful) discussion with someone who could match him. He even admitted he has a "short fuse". Look at his bad reviews, if you talk back, you will be referred to another doctor. Either put up with his bullying, agree with everything he says, or be kicked out. Those are the options. People may have had good experiences with him, but ask yourself if you want a Dr. who has treated even ONE patient like this, let alone several.

Outstanding Dr , never had to wait past my appointment time. Takes his time with you and goes over all reports he has about your condition.

I love Dr.Dial !! He is the most kind,& caring Dr. I've ever met.He is always happy,personable,friendly,puctual,knowledgeable,patient & kind.His staff are all wonderful too!

Dr. Dial has a very friendly staff, always seems to being smiling. Almost felt like I have known them for years. Dr Dial is one of the best doctor's I have ever seen. My first appointment was a thorough checkup (compared to my 5 minute one from my previous doctor, who was always triple-booked), he explained everything that he was checking and answered all of my questions. He has literature to passout and read! Even when I came back 15 minutes later to ask him a question I had forgotten to ask him, he finished up with the current patient and answered my question before seeing to his next one. Dr. Dial is a true honest person in this troubled time of disloyal doctors only wanting our money! Thank you Dr. Dial...

Dr. Dial was very informative and knowledge about my thyroid condition. I just found out that I had a problem and was nervous to hear any bad news. He's a very kind doctor, he seems to care about me as a person instead of just a patient! Would recommend him to anyone and everyone. Staff is very nice too... always smiling! I randomly picked Dr. Dial because I was not getting answers from other Dr.'s regarding my thyroid. As soon as I walked into the exam room I was happy. Pamphlets about thyroid everywhere. He examined me, took time to explain details to me. He even pulled out a thyroid models to help me understand my condition. His staff is pleasant. I'm moving out of the area but I wish I could take him with me!!!!
