I can't believe he is actually an ENT doctor! He looked in my ears in 2 seconds and had no interest in Any of the symptoms I was trying to tell him about. He was out the door in about 8 minutes total and I was left with no answers or information. Total waste of time. My dog gets better treatment at the veterinarian.

My visit to Dr. Moss was the nicest Dr. experience I've had since moving here 12 years ago. Very few forms. Exceptionally nice office staff. Dr. was prompt, addressed all my concerns and conducted a thorough ENT exam. I had confidence in his ability to accurately diagnose my condition. I would go back if I have the need for an ENT specialist in the future.

Thoroughly examined my husband. Explained what was giving him the symptoms. Assured not cancer of salivary gland. Very professional and easy to talk to. Because there is nothing he could do he would not charge us and we have insurance. He actually updated our file by hand no computers. Wonderful like a doctor who really cares.

VERY POOR bed side manners. Didn't let me explain my symptoms thoroughly also he barely explained anything. If you want a one sentence answer while he points to a chart on his wall, then he's perfect for you. He really just acted like he couldn't be bothered. Perhaps he wasn't feeling well his self since his arm was swollen like a ballon. He cut me short several times. Zero empathy or compassion for his patients. He gave me about 5 minutes of his time. He looked in my ears, nose and throat which took about 30 seconds total. Then he proceeded to the door to leave. A waste of my time and money! It's a shame he doesn't know how to treat patients with respect and dignity. Maybe he needs a doctor to treat him like garbage for him change his ways.

Dr. Moss is a very nice man. He does not make additional appointments if not necessary. He explains every thing in detail and never makes you feel like he is hurrying you. He was accurate in his diagnosis as confirmed by a previous Dr that had recommended him. I would also recommend him.

Great experience. Dr. Moss took time to listen to my problem, diognosed and treated me in only two visits. Truly a old fashion Doctor/Patient experience.

We were greeted by a very professional and pleasant office staff and followed by a position to resolve the issue immediately. I was very satisfied with this office and will return in the event I ever need an otolaryngologist again.

I have been a singer all my life. I have seen many doctors for occasional hoarseness. Dr. Moss spent almost no time evaluating my vocal chords and came up with a diagnosis of "hopeless", saying it was age that was changing my voice and I would just have to live with it. I am 56. Many singers have extensive careers reaching well into their 80's or even 90's. To come up with such a prognosis of hopelessness with such a short exam is ridiculous. He didn't even recommend a voice therapist! He seemed very anxious to get me out of there and get on to his next patient. I do not in any way endorse nor trust this doctor. I am seeking a second opinion and continuing with my singing career. If you are serious about changes in your voice, such as disphonia, do not waste your valuable time visiting this doctor. He has no interest in helping those of us who really care about our voices. I regret that I even saw this doctor who only added to my depression about losing my voice.
