We had an absolutely horrible experience with Dr Moss. She was completely not helpful with us or knowledgable. We had infant twins that were not sleeping at all and when I asked her to see them she told me to "hire a nurse and get some therapy." It turned out my daughters had severe GERD and ended up being taken by ambulance unresponsive to an emergency room. The second instance of dissatisfaction occured in her exam room she couldn't handle my newborns crying and would leave the room everytime they cried very obviously distressed. I did not feel that she was at all comfortable with children. Not good for a pediatrician
