Great doctor. She listens and addressed my concerns.

She is very professional and knowledgable. While she is busy I never feel rushed through my appointment. I don't mind waiting an extra 10 minutes if it means that she can give me an extra 10 minutes if my concern needs more attention. She really listens when you discuss a problem and genuinely wants to help. She ALWAYS calls me back when its a medical concern but when my prescription was running out and the insurance was putting up all the red-tape they could (and this happens every time I switch insurance), I have trouble getting a response from her about the prior authorization paperwork. I need to know when she submits the forms to them so I can stay on top of them. She had submitted the forms but she did not have the time to call me and tell me. The paperwork got to the insurance and everything got processed but I don't often get a call back if she has handled the matter I called about even if I requested a return call. A small problem to put up with for such a wonderful doctor!

She is very caring, intelligent and thorough. Being an athlete, she advocates exercise and not that you should just sit in a chair when older. The staff is good and usually on time, but sometimes they get swamped.

She was thorough and responded to all of my questions and had good advice. However she seems rushed when I see her and is more professional than friendly/caring. Did not seem so personal; mostly just looks at your chart while you talk.
