Dr. Hoke does a great job and listens well. I would have to agree with some of the comments above about the staff. They seem very "short" and not very personable.

Dr. Hoke has had to deal with many health issues with my husband and self. We are both very pleased with his ability to listen, recommend solutions and follow-up. It helps if you are very specific and not be vague about your symptoms (as it would be with any doctor). His bedside manner and appropriate sense of humor are appreciated. We have never waited more than 5 minutes with the exception of two emergencies ahead of us His staff is pleasant and willing to help. They are quick to return phone messages as well. Dr. Hoke will call home if something needs immediate attention following a test. He will admit if a problem is out of his knowledge base and recommend you to a specialist in the particular field needed. We have been with him for six years and have appreciated the health care we have received. Our health has multiple complications but he is willing to do research to find answers.

The office staff leaves much to be desired in the realm of phone etiquette and in person service. If you feel ill when you cal in, you will feel worse after speaking with them. Dr. Hoak has a good bedside manner as do some of the other physicians in his office.

I very much dislike some of the STAFF MEMBERS that work here. Some staff members are very rude and not friendly at all.
