I waited 30 minutes in an empty lobby seemed unnecessary then The nurse took my weight and didn't write it down so when we got to the exam room she asked me if I remembered what my weight was. The bed paper liner was still dirty and ripped from the last patient the nurse quickly ripped it off and pulled it down so disgusting. I was there for my prenatal exam 6 weeks pregnant they never even confirmed my pregnancy just did a Pap even though I told them I had one within the last year.then they tried to charge me 20 dollars for bio waste to get my blood drawn in addition to my copay like that's not my job you pay for your own bio waste disposal .... everyone there barely spoke English I could t understand them.
The nurse told gave me the paper cover ups and I was changing standing there naked and she just barged into the room without knocking to bring in a clip board. At the end when I couldn't understand what she was talking about she left and I was getting dressed and the receptionist barged into the room without knocking to try and explain what the nurse couldn't say

Definitely not going back it didn't seem like they cared about me as a patient they never talked about a plan for the pregnancy never gave me a urine test or ultrasound they said it's too early for that which is stupid because my first baby I had one done at 7 weeks and now I'm 6 snd they said I had to wait until 10 weeks

Definitely did not leave happy

Asks to come multiple times without prescribing and charges close to 200$ every visit and only talks for 5 mins

The AHCA Board need to do a serious review on this Doctor. He needs his license and certification revoke.

A long, long wait which was unnecessary. I waited 80 minutes in the examination room just to see the Doctor and I waited over 3 hours in the waiting area just to be called to be seen by the doctor.


Seriously, Doctors like this should not be allowed to examine anything or anybody.

There is no organization at this place. Had a Pap smear done when I was 5 weeks pregnant. At 10 weeks, they tried to tell me I needed to do a pap again and after keeping me waiting over an hour, they come and tell me that my cultures were lost and it had to be done again. They also kept taking my medical history and asking the same questions every appointment. I quickly switched doctors.

This is the worst doctor I have ever attended. I had to take 3 different shots to prevent HPV and they couldn't keep track of the shots. They kept asking me which shot I was on and when was my last one.... HELLO ISN'T THAT EHAT PAPERWORK IS FOR?????? The never faxed my birth control to my pharmacy and wouldn't call it in either. When I finally went in person to get a written prescription of my birth control I was called as I was pulling into my driveway that the prescription was written on a wrong piece of paper and that I would need to come back in to get a new prescription! This place is a nightmare I only saw doctor once the whole staff down to the doctor are incompetent and rude! To top it off the name of my birth control is GENERESS when one of the doctors asked me which one I needed a prescription for I said "generess" she replied "oh we don't carry GENERIC medicine" GENERESS and GENERIC are 2 different words! I HATE THIS PLACE!!!!!!!!!!!!

Went more than three times to him, paying a lot of money in co-payments, prescriptions, gas and labs. Never get a diagnostic but always got a bill. I just change drs. I am no longer his patient.

VERY RUDE! Left me naked in a gown waiting for 45 mins and jokingly stated he hadn't forgotten about me. Did not solve my problem and I am back looking for another doctor. During my exam I told him I was experiencing extreme discomfort and he told me I must be nervous. Very unhelpful and unprofessional. Made me schedule multiple appointments to talk for 5 mins and tell me to come back in a week-ALL FOR MONEY! DONT GO TO HIM!!!

This is the worst doctor in Orlando! The staff and the doctor are not there for the patient. He is rude and is there only for the money. They charge money and they do not even explain the why. Really bad service! Do not go to this doctor!

They are always behind schedule .If you try to reschedule it, they love to say, "the dr. will be right with you." If you have questions and are unfortunate enough to get Dr P. Bracero, they will not be answered, he is always in a rush to get out of the room. At 31 weeks of pregnancy, the doctor failed to realize that I am rh negative, never administering the much needed Rhogam shot either. Thank God nothing happened to my baby! They do charge in advance the delivery charge of babies. In my case. They did not deliver my child, because the practice was going to change to gynecology only. However I still have not received my refund. I must call twice a week. It's been 19 weeks and still I get a different story each time I call. In the end, nothing gets resolved, since they say they will call you back, and the financial manager, Dory, has yet to return one of my calls. They have another employee take my calls instead, with whom I am always leaving messages with. This office is a joke.
