Wow, I wasn't going to write a comment because I haven't been there in years ! But I'm seeing here the same problems are still going on ! Why does he still practice ? By legal choice or by his on choice ? He is a very knowledgeable Dr and was a very good Dr to me years ago, but then the hospital visits he made on Tuesday & Thursday made him fall asleep which means he has NO IDEA what's going on with me. So I took appts on different days but he started falling asleep ALL the time, in fact he must of been ASLEEP when he gave me a prescription for my bipolar that was basically SPEED, this prescription he gave me alone with nothing else with it and that's a really BAD IDEA for bipolar people, it can throw you into an episode! while I was happy to lose a LOT of weight, I was too happy in many ways (if you're driving badly then that's a big clue, my brother pointed out to me) and knew I was NOT getting the care I needed ! I had to leave him because things were not getting any better!!! I liked him but it is now many years pass time for him to give it up, he's now being harmful not helpful, sad but true!

I went to see him for the first time yesterday and I'm not sure how he is still in practice. He can barely stay awake and he doesn't listen to what you are saying. I have problems with depression and anxiety and my PCD recommended seeing a psychiatrist for stabilization. When we got out to the desk after the appointment, he gave the secretary the progress notes and there was nothing on it except scribbles. No legible notes to speak of - just scribbles. He even scribbled on the form that I had forgotten to fill out! I probably will be seeking a new provider as I am not sure he is competent to practice medicine. He kept going off on tangents and then would sit with a blank stare. I'm wondering if he has dementia.

I'm sorry, but for the life of me, I can't understand why this man is practicing medicine! He's only 71, but constantly falls asleep-closing his eyes and dozing off after asking me a question! I saw several patients, escorted in and out, that appeared to be heavily sedated. This doctor did nothing for me...zero!

How in God's name can he get 4 and 5 stars?!

He's getting older, but he is very wise and well versed in what he does, he has a tendency to be tired during visits later in the evening because his day starts at 5 am as he works in the mornings at the psychiatric ward of a near by hospital. for best results schedule early.

I almost always have to wait to see Dr. Groble--seldom called back within 15 minutes of appt time. Staff is friendly. Office is dated and plain--somewhat depressing, but they do play nice classical music.

During first visit, Dr. kept nodding off (Falling asleep) during our appt. At second visit office was backed up 30 minutes to one hour due to previous patient filling out paperwork slowly, I was told I could wait or re-schedule.
