I have not yet had my surgery, but I am been very frustrated with Dr. Steinberg's office in the meantime that I feel a review is necessary. Dr. Steinberg is great and clearly very well informed in his practice. While I didn't receive good news at my appointment (that I would indeed need surgery and that it was quite extensive), he relayed all of the information in a clear way and described the surgery in detail. I feel comfortable with him performing this surgery. My problem is with the office staff. They seem completely unorganized and uninformed. It took them two weeks longer than they said to mail a letter to my insurance company. They won't schedule a follow up appointment without any kind of approval from the insurance company even though I informed them I would have the surgery regardless. Worst case scenario-I'd cancel or reschedule the appointment. They don't seem to understand that this surgery is time sensitive. Dr. Steinberg needs to find a new office manager.

Great Doctor. My son had a large cyst in he's sinus cavity and had to have four wisdom teeth removed. Dr. Steinberg was very knowledgeable about this problem.He has good bed side manner, he keep my husband and myself updated with everything that was happen before and after the surgery. He explained everything that he did. I'm so glad that we find him, and are son thought he was great. I wish that their was more like him.

Dr. Steinberg and his staff were able to see me on a Saturday on an emergency basis to take care of my oral infection which was causing me severe pain and making it impossible to open my mouth. Dr. Steinberg and Dr. Nickel have a great staff of nurses and assistants who helped me overcome a really scary episode in my life
