Dr. Singh is an amazing doc. He is straight forward, doesn't sugarcoat things, is an expert in his field and is decisive in his approach. The downfall of his practice is the office management. He is a busy man but his staff doesn't keep him organized and as a result, his patient then has to suffer. Long wait times at appointments are a given but the more frustrating part is the clear lack of follow up by his staff on test results and anything that requires even the most basic follow through. The office management is a major problem of this practice and Dr. Singh needs to address this very soon.

I have been a patient for 6 years. I see Dr. Singh yearly for check-up on cysts in both kidneys. I have a CT scan or ultrasound prior to office visit; he gives me results of test. Each appointment I have to wait one/two hours to see him. I agree with the other reviews provided. The office always seems disorganized and not very patient friendly. Last week 2 patients were in waiting room upon my arrival. After 2 hours in the office he still had not come into exam room I waited in. The nurse kept apologizing; she was glad I had book to read. I kept hearing him greet other patients as he entered exam rooms. I got up, went to the area outside exam room, told the nurse I was leaving. I asked that my report be mailed. Given copy of it. I said I would no longer be seeing him. Appointments usually changed because conflict in his schedule. Once took months to get them to tell the billing company I paid my co-pay. Had to rate knowledge (but unknown). Office visits bad. No way to treat patients.

While very knowledgeable, he is very arrogant & rude. Each time that I had an appointment with him, he referred to me as a new patient. When I would tell him that I've been a patient of his for years, he would say he didn't remember me. One time he even walked in the room & the first thing out of his mouth was "Are you ever made fun of for your name?" He would often ask me a question about my health, interrupt me in the middle of my answer, & ask me if I told this to the nurse because he only wanted to "hear it once" & not have his time "wasted." His staff is awful as well. They told me to call back for my test results on a specific day, so I did & left a message for the nurse. After 2.5 weeks of me calling & being redirected to the nurses voicemail, a nurse FINALLY called back with my results, but didn't know what they meant so had to Google it. They also called me 1 hour before my appointment to ask me to come earlier, so I did & waited 2 hours. Needless to say I'm no longer a patient.

Dr. Singh and his staff was very involved in the internal operation of his practice and did not act in the best interest of his patient. Repeatedly rescheduled appointments due to Dr. Singh's needs. The wait to see him once you are in his office was l-o-n-g. 1 - 2 hours was our average waiting time. He was an arrogant professional.

Dr. Singh is a good doctor, but his office staff, billing folks are not as professional/responsive as they should be. (ie: returning phone calls, handling billing concerns, scheduling problems, etc.) The level of service can't compare compare to other doctors/surgeons I've experienced in the Ohio Health network.

Good physician but terrible with time. Has canceled/switched my appointments on me 3 times for the same appointment. Staff refused to give him a message telling him how unhappy I was with this situation.

Dr. Singh has been practicing in Columbus OH for a very long time and I feel that as a surgeon, there are not many physicians trained as well as him. He and his partner have been trained from very well respected institutes for Urology. The Mayo Clinic and The Cleveland Clinic
