Dr Cooke is a very caring and knowledgeable person. I come away from my husbands visit full of confidence and reassurance that he will be with me for longer than I thought.
He has also rung and listened to my concerns and acted on them.

Dr Phil was amazing. He was thoughtful and very caring when dealing with my Mum. He even took the time to come in on his day off to check on her. The staff at St John of God were incredible and we could not fault them. The nurses spent time listening to Mum's stories even when I knew they were flat out. All the staff made you feel as if you were the only patient under their care. Awesome work Dr Phil.
