I went to Dr. Jha from the time I relocated to Va in 2001 until the Summer of 2023. After much dismay, I found that when I needed her, she seemed to only care about Positive Reviews and spent absolutely no time listening to my needs or examining me, that is not something that she ever does. She is extremely impatient, she shouts and speaks rapidly so that you cannot even understand her, she tells you not to write to her in her Portal because it is 'too hard' for her to read. She even posts things in her Portal which are untrue. I am now 67 1/2 years old and from 2015 on I had been trying to tell her over and over again that I was sick and getting sicker. She did not care. The turnover in her Staff is constant. Then, this past Summer, in 2023, she cost me my Health Insurance for the very first time in my life, and at a time in my life when I needed it the most. My recommendation is not to go to Dr. Jha unless you Do Not Need Medical Care and are only willing to post Positive Reviews for her.

Both of my parents were blessed to have Dr. Chetna Jha as their doctor for many years. Going with them to their appointments, I was so impressed with her care, compassion and expertise at every visit. Recently my husband and I were fortunate enough to become her patients. I just received information on some potentially serious health issues from a specialist, and although I had not gone to my first Wellness visit with Dr. Jha, I called and she actually saw me early the next day. She spent so much time with me and made me feel a calmness for the first time since my diagnosis. I pray my husband and I will have her as our doctor for many years to come because I KNOW we will get the best health care ever.

Dr. Jha is a kind and compassionate physician. She is very knowledgeable, yet conservative in her approach to dealing with chronic or ongoing conditions. She is most helpful in providing insight into problems with aging, as well as in diagnosing the more common medical problems. She is astute and listens carefully, making the appropriate recommendations and referrals. She does not overstate the problem or cause panic; rather, she is very measured in her approach and does not hesitate to order appropriate tests and investigate further until the problem is solved. I have been seeing Dr. Jha for the past twenty plus years and highly recommend her. For any patient who desires to educate themselves and take an active part in their own healthcare, Dr. Jha is a great partner.

Dr Jha has been my physician for over thirteen years. I trust her completely and is always available when I need her. She listens and hears what you say. I recommend her to everyone! Her staff is amazing.

Dr Jha is quick to be dismissive of health concerns raised during visits (both wellness and sick visits). She provided little to no feedback of her professional opinion or assessment during my visits.

Dr.Jha has the bedside manner of a "Rattlesnake" She assumes before asking or listening to her patients. she rushes thru her appointments and shows no compassion for her patients. Her nurse is another story in itself.
