I wanted to give praise and a huge thank you for Dr. Flint. I just recently had rhinoplasty and a deviated septum correctly. First, let me tell you about myself. I am terrified of needles and pain. But, who really likes that? I have been talking to Dr. Flint about this issue for over 6 yrs and I finally did it. She was patient, caring and explained as much as I could handle (don't care for blood either) on the procedure. I went into Greenbaum Surgery Center (almost a hotel, which amazing staff). The worst part about this surgery was the IV (remember, I hate needles). There was very little pain and discomfort. I just felt like I had a bad head cold. That's really all. I went into my follow up appt after surgery today and things are looking great!. I know there are many Surgeons to choose from, especially in Scottsdale, AZ. But, let me tell you. You can't go wrong with Dr. Flint and her staff.

I was in my mid fifties when I first visited Dr. Flint. I had had some liposuction done by another doctor on my thighs and abdomen which had left me smaller, but also left ugly ridges. So, I feared wearing shorts and bathing suits. Just as importantly, because of these ridges, I felt uncomfortable in my own skin. I had been told by other doctors that there was nothing they could do to rectify this situation but Dr. Flint listened to my concerns, asked many questions and together we made a plan. The recovery was not pain free, but it was certainly manageable. The results were not just a smoothing out of my thighs and abdomen, Dr. Flint actually SCULPTED my waste, abdomen and flanks. She changed my body shape to have a much more youthful profile. I am VERY happy with Dr. Flint’s artistic talent, her caring pre and post op communication, and her uncompromising drive to blend science and beauty. I’m thrilled with her results…with OUR results. I unequivocally recommend Dr. Flint.

When I was searching for a doctor, I noticed most of the other doctors had very few before and after photos of actual patients. Dr. Flint has many--and they are all impressive. She and her staff took a lot of time helping me decide exactly what I wanted, what would be realistic, and what would look and feel good. Her staff is patient and warm, and efficient without rushing patients. They don't overbook and make people wait (I hate when doctors do that!). Dr. Flint has a straight-forward, no-nonsense approach that I appreciate. Most importantly, though, she is an extremely skilled and GENTLE surgeon. I had very little pain or bruising from my procedure and much of that is a result of Dr. Flint's conscious effort to make small incisions and handle patients with gentleness. (In contrast, I once had a procedure when the surgeon left fingerprint bruises on me!) My recovery went very well, partially because Dr. Flint and her staff provide a lot of detailed after-care instructions.

After searching the websites of every board certified plastic surgeon in Phoenix/Scottsdale area, and each of their ratings on a couple of sites, I felt confident of my decision to see Dr. Flint. After my initial visit I was sold. Dr. Flint addressed all my concerns and answered all my questions, explained the process and set up expectations. Their stuff helped me through out the entire process and was very knowledgable. Never got a bruise or any complication. It was clear that I could go back for check ups any time (at no extra cost) after the surgery and routine appointment if I needed, until I decided that I was done, which was exactly after a year from my breast augmentation surgery. I was pleased with the results from day one and it just got better with time. I wanted a natural look and I'm very happy with my new size and look. I have recommended Dr. Flint to my close friends because the quality of her work, great Dr. to go to, if you are planning a plastic surgery for your self.

One word sums up the experience: Outstanding. As someone hesitant to have an augmentation done, Dr. Flint and her staff honestly, with compassion and thoroughly answered all questions and concerns. Dr. Flint is very knowledgeable, extremely professional, and is one of the best plastic surgeons in the country. Dr. Flint answered all my questions thoroughly and made sure that I was the right candidate for the surgery, by asking why I wanted a breast augmentation and did a complete medical history to include current mammogram & labs. Her staff is very well trained and was able to answer my questions and address any concerns that I had prior to the surgery. Her pre-op guidelines made it easy for me to understand what the procedure entails, what to expect afterwards, and what to do if any complications arose. What I find most impressive is her vast knowledge and experience allows her to determine what is best for her clients, both cosmetically and medically, and does not compromise her standards in any area of the procedure. I highly recommend Dr. Flint for any of your cosmetic endeavors.

I only choose to go through with Breast Aug because of Dr. Flint. I had previously met with 3 other top rated, award winning doctors, but knew I could only trust Dr. Flint. She was the only doctor interested in the long term health of my breasts and the only one to discuss how she reduces risks. She was upfront about what would look natural and showed me pictures of similar breast shapes so I had real idea of what my results would look like. I also asked a TON of questions, not just during consult but also day of surgery and she never seemed impatient or annoyed. Rather, she answered with detail and clarity. I'm thrilled with my results and I know that's because of Dr. Flint. Her professionalism, vast knowledge, technique and dedication to obtaining a natural look sets her apart from the rest.

Dr. Flint is personally responsible for every aspect of her practice, and her attention to and expectations of excellence for her patients' experience are evident in superior results. She has obviously trained her staff carefully, and they provided me with every possible support for my experience. Her pre-op guidelines show that she considers and tries to eliminate every possible complication, and is painstakingly careful with every facet of the surgery and recovery. What is perhaps most impressive is that she does not compromise her high standards in order to provide what her clients think they want, but uses her considerable experience and skill to provide the best possible outcome for her clients. The costs of her surgeries are actually much lower than they might be when all of the time and effort to obtain such impressive results is taken into account. Her level of integrity and thoroughness set the standard for surgeons in this country.

Dr. Flint and her staff were professional, friendly, kind and patient. I had a breast reduction and some lipo and the results are excellent. I would certainly choose Dr. Flint for any type of plastic surgery again.
