Received a call (30 minutes prior to me needing to be downtown for my appointment) saying that the doctor is sick. Cleared my whole morning and best they could do was put me on a cancellation list, rather than make time when suitable for me. Terrible customer service. I booked here because of all of the good reviews.

I have been going to this clinic for at least 30 years! Dr Mallary is exceptional - extremely professional and caring. She discusses the health of your eyes in detail so you will always know what is going on. The staff are friendly and knowledgeable. I would not go to any other Optometrist!

Dr. Mallory Eisner is the absolute best, a great successor to her fabulous Dad. My husband and I have been going to the Eisners for many years and have never experienced anything other than exemplary care. We have always appreciated the benefits of their expertise. Their staff is very knowledgeable and helpful too.

Dr. Mallory Eisner gave me an excellent eye exam. She took her time to explain the results of my tests and answered all of my questions. Customer service was excellent. I highly recommend her services.

Dr. Mallary is absolutely wonderful and I recommend her without hesitation. I went to her father (also a wonderful optometrist) as a child and have now been going to her for many years. She is always kind, knowledgeable and professional, and takes her time to provide the best possible care. You feel respected and cared about. The staff have always been great as well.

What a great clinic. I had an appointment last week Stephanie who checked me in helped me through the whole appointment. She did some pictures for me and then checked me out and sold my contacts to me at the end. It was nice to interact with the same person throughout the appointment. Dr. Mallary was wonderful, very informative and patient. She took her time and I didn’t feel rushed at all. I’ve got a tricky prescription and contacts seem to be confusing for everyone I order from. When I met with Stephanie after the appointment she checked me out, ran my insurance for me (direct bill) and then told me she’d order in my contacts. My old eye doctor would take a month to get my contacts in Stephanie called me today to tell me she had my contacts. It took them less then a week to get my contacts in. Fantastic doctor amazing customer service. I will be back in a year and tell everyone to go here.

I usually don't write any reviews, but i would give an exemption. Dr. Mallary Eisner is a wonderful person. I like the way they do the exams. Picture of you eye and your eye pressure test will be done by Dr. Eisner. I really love to see that. Also they charge less than other places. The staff are very kind and knowledgeable. I highly recommend her.

I have been seeing Dr. Mallary for many years, and her and her staff always provide me with the best service. I have a tricky contact prescription and they always go above and beyond to ensure that it’s right and that my contacts are comfortable. I could not be more pleased with the service they provide, and I highly recommend her.
