Blue Cross / Blue Shield
John is a great family doctor -- empathetic, very good with kids, popular with seniors and generous with sample meds when he knows insurance doesn't cover them. A+. PA Lynn is very good, too. Please get rid of receptionist Laurie -- no clue about privacy (Shouts "What's wrong with you?" across crowded waiting room) and tries to screen patients by diagnosing your illness herself on the phone (didn't know business school granted MD degrees ...) -- will delay/stonewall appointments if *she* doesn't believe you're sick, in her professional opinion.
