I have been trying to reach the doctor for a refill, as has my pharmacy, for FOUR DAYS. I contact her via the website with a request to respond back via the webmail as I'll be out of town and unable to access messages, which she ignored. Ergo, I didn't find out about a referral OR that she'd called in a prescription until too late. I was in my first trimester of pregnancy, with coughing and breathing problems and a likely sprained or broken rib...and was told I could see her in TWO WEEKS. I had pink eye while pregnant, once again, was told I could wait EIGHT HOURS to go to Urgent Care, or over a week to see her. I had to go to a Minute Clinic, and was prescribed a CLASS D antibiotic. Still don't know if the baby is okay after that one. She was great when all I needed was a yearly checkup. Trying to get in touch with her, either me OR the pharmacy OR my Ob/Gyn? Impossible. I'll be switching doctors at the start of next month. To ANYONE ELSE.

I have been seeing Melanie for 4 years and she is great. Always very friendly and helpful. I can always get ahold of her and get answers. My whole family uses her.
