I have never been more displeased with A physician. His beside manner was cold and robot like. He hurried through our interaction as if he was annoyed at having to see me.

After waiting 4 hours to be seen for a severe dental infection, I was rushed through an extremly quick oral exam and then chastised for not having had my teeth removed previously. Dr. Wong offered to refer me to a local oral surgeon and prescribed an oral antibiotic,leaving the room within 2 minutes of entering. He did not ask if i was experiencing any pain or discomfort and stared coldly as i described my ailment. He showed no empathy at any time during our interaction and appear annoyed at having to see me. No referal was placed in my dicharge instructions as promised. I left the ER disgusted.
