Exceptionally disrespectful and judgemental. Asked endless invasive questions that have nothing to do with medical necessity. When I told her I had moved house she asked if I was living in public housing! The whole experience was awful and I almost walked out of the clinic, I would have, if I had not needed the whooping cough vaccine. Thankfully she was gentle with the vaccine. Wouldn’t recommend her and wouldn’t go back here if my life depended on it.

I saw Dr Elberg a couple of times in mid-2017. I found her to of the most knowledgeable doctors with an exceptionally high degree of care and compassion, as well as 'doctor's intuition' clearly based on her many years' of experience . On top of this she is very warm and personable. Cannot recommend her more highly. I have only stopped seeing her due to moving to another city and am yet to find a doctor that meets her standards of care.

This was one of the worst experiences I have ever had with a Doctor. I asked about mental health issues I was having lately. She seemed to immediately become aggitated, raised her voice at me and told me that I cannot really get a medicare mental health plan unless I have some prior issues. this is not even true. And I was not even asking her for this. I was asking her for a medical certificate. I left feeling very upset and wondering if this is how she talks to all her patients? I agree with all the other reviews, very rude. It was an upsetting experience.

What’s with the negative reviews below? This Doctor is no way near rude!
My family and I have been patients with her for over 40 years and if we thought for a second she was rude we would not be going to her.
She is honest, helpful, very thorough and will always ensure you are taken care of well looked after.
She is honest and won’t sugarcoat things to you.

And by the way, she doesn’t need any lessons in manners. Perhaps whoever posted that should learn the etiquette in typing a review and perhaps take your caps lock off!

Rude rude rude... Even rude to her staff which is terrible because that is the only reason that she would have any patients.... Staff are terrific and deserve to get treated by their employer heaps better. It's a shame the receptionist can't teach her any manners or humility....
