Loved Dr. Clemens. He took care of my 15 month old daughter. He was very professional, personable, knowledgeable, and friendly. He was great with my daughter. Highly impressed.

As an RN, Dr. Clemens has been the best doctor I have seen in a long time. Truly listens, explains everything, and is down to earth. Excellent Provider!

The office was very unorganized & when I finally stood in line forever I was greeted "if you can even call it that" with NAME! ADDRESS! DOB! & of course hand over that insurance card! She was the crankiest, rude, & for the life of her..couldn't understand how to even read/nor know what the info meant on the card. Totally clueless & kept gripping at ME that the company I worked for "sucked" & should "get it together already". 1st impressions sure DO mean allot when that person is so rude. As for Dr. Clemens I only went to him a few times because my other awesome in every way ENT Dr. Gary Miller got sick of this stuff & bolted..Dr. Clemens was okay at best & had the personality of a house plant or a wet soap dish (NOT GOOD)! I bolted from their & see a new ENT (can't remember her last name but 1st is Stephanie (the one on Eliza St.). I am very happy with her!

Excellent physician. Extremely knowledgeable in his field. Great personality and bedside manner. Almost my entire family has been treated by him and every experience has been very positive. He performed two surgeries on one of my sons which exceeded our expectations as you literally cannot see either scar. If extreme circumstances arise, Dr. Clemens will see you in a moment's notice; I have been the recipient of such. He truly cares about his patients' well-being. You will not find a more highly respected and professional ENT than Dr. Clemens in the Green Bay area. I HIGHLY recommend him!

I had a horrible experience. I didn't realize just how bad until we switched ENTs. The new ENT was quite surprised at the history.
