I'm not sure why the other reviews are so poor. Dr Bloch was only about 15 minutes late and I was treated very well by his staff. Dr. Bloch spent the time I needed and was extremely personable. Is knowledge of medicine was excellent and I completely understand why he was nominated a top doc in hour magazine (this was brought me to his practice)

The wait time is horrible, I have never been seen before an hour and a half wait STADARD! The referral service is worst! I have called up to 5 times within a 3 weeks time frame to get a referral this has happened 3 different times. with no call back. Staff is very rude. All the doctors seems knowledgeable ,it is the appointments and the staff that will make me never to return.

Dr. Bloch is personable but does not display the level of competency I would expect in a physician. While he bragged about his ability to discover the cause of one of his other patient's health issues, he was never able to do so for me. When I continued to grow sicker, he did not seem to have a game plan for arresting my decline or even a proactive approach to exploring why this might be occurring. In this informational vacuum, I began researching things myself and when I presented some ideas (possibilities) to him, he became resentful and somewhat arrogant. He told me explicitly that he was running the ship, not me.

I'd really like to be able to give Dr. Bloch a positive review because I remember how easy going and personable he was when I first started seeing him. However, he was not able to resolve my health issues or even steer me in the appropriate direction which was a sad turn of events for both him and me.

The wait time is AWFUL. Dr. Bloch is never on time. Every visit to see him, I wait longer than 45 minutes. It's quite frustrating see I have to take days off of work to be able to see him, when really, if I factor in his wait time, I could have stayed at work.

The front staff also, never seems to do a thing about their patients frustrations.

Great and very caring doctor. I have a very complicated medical history and have found him to be an excellent doctor. Would recommend him to anyone.

Dr. Bloch is a great, down-to-earth doctor. However, his staff at the mainstreet location seem to be very incompetent. I recently made an appointment for my husband. Something came up and we had to cancel. When I called them, they told me that he wasn't even on the schedule! The medical assistants can't take a pulse (I came in because I was feeling jittery and had tachycardia.. they said my pulse was 75-ish when it was really 130.. ). And the staff at the front desk seem to be very incompetent as well. In the past, they've had me come in for no reason. They had called me about some normal test results, and had me come into the office even though the doctor had told them that I don't need to come in unless I'm still having symptoms. It was just a major waste of my time. This location is a bit of a drive for me, plus I had to wait 40 minutes just to be told by the doctor that I don't need to be there. I've just had so many problems with them, I will unfortunately not be going back.

I hate going to the doctor! Dr. Bloch was great. I couldn't sleep for weeks cause my shoulder was hurting me. Dr. Bloch introduced himself, made me laugh and then moved my arm a little. He said he could fix me right up. He explained he had to give me a shot but that he could use some very cold spray and it would decrease any pain I'd have from the procedure. He advised me of all the possible risks but told me they were small. He spent at least 20 minutes with me cause he could tell I was scared. The shot he gave me fixed my problem that day and I've been pain free. HIGHLY RECOMMEND
