Dr Martin has changed my life! He is personable, a great listener, and empathetic to my concerns. He is professional, understanding and explained everything so that I understood what was happening.
His office staff were also attentive and very friendly, especially the lovely lady Eve who went out of her way to follow things up for me without hesitation.
I felt cared for and would not hesitate to recommend Dr Martin, I highly recommend.

Bruno completed both an atrial fribulation and flutter proceedure. I continued to have issues, however Mr Martin refused to see me again. Disappointing when you consider he conducted the ablations at considerable cost. ( the AF has now returned )
I therefore had no choice but to find another Cardiologist. It took me 4 months to get my history from Mr Martin’s office to send to me new Cardiologist. In fact I had to get most of the information from Cabrini hospital. Inexcusable and stressful.
Also the staff are not helpful or empathetic and they are rude.

Left me waiting for my appointment for over 4 hours. When I asked staff what was going on I was told to be patient, he is a very important and busy man!
Later that day was told he has finished consulting for the day, a complete waste of an entire day waiting for my appointment!!! I waited weeks for this appointment too.
I'm pregnant with a heart condition, so had to suddenly stop taking my medication, without zero help from him as my cardiologist. I'm now having to waste more of my time to find another cardiologist and make more appointments.

Don't let him waste your time. Have heard nothing from him since. Still waiting on my heart ultrasound results.

There is zero duty of care here.

Dismissive so didn't feel assured when he didn't answer questions. was discharged from hospital when I still felt unwell and couldn't look after myself after surgery so after the checkup have never seen him again.

Dr Martin was energetically promoting a procedure I could have, telling me “it’s just nothing, nothing at all.” He didn’t give me info about the possible and benefits of the procedure. Surely doctors are supposed to provide patients with an unbiased description? He also charged me for an ECG which I hadn’t had.
