My wife who is in her early thirties never had issues with her teeth and went to Ivan Mus to fix a chipped tooth. Upon that first appointment Ivan Mus convinced my wife that her teeth were in terrible shape and for the next year she went for multiple appointments where he took mutiple x-rays, put in mutiple fillings and performed a root canal. During that year my wife would have frequent appointments (at least monthly to multiple visits monthly) while at the same time she began to have issues and experience that she never had before. Fillings were falling out after a month after eating soft food etc. (something that should never happen). Not only did Ivan Mus not take any accountability for the work he did but he would be rude and actually insinuate that it must have been either something that my wife did to make the filling fall out or that her teeth all of a sudden are even in a worst state. When I heard this I was angered by the fact that a professional cannot even take some kind of accountability, In my opinion that is very unprofessional, unethical and disgusting how anyone can treat patients in that manner while they continually charge them to repair thier own sub par work. I have multiple insurances and am quite sure he and his office knew. Subsequently, it did not take him long before he used up all the coverages on those multiple insurances which resulted in me to additionally pay thousands out of pocket. Since then my wife went to two other dentists and a specialist for a second opinion. All of them concurred that the work that was done by Ivan Mus was sub par at best and in some cases fillings were put in where they were not required but rather required a root canal. Unfortunately, since Ivan Mus now already drained out all my insurances for the year I will have to pay other dentists and specialists thousands out of pocket to repair all of the work he charged for but did not correctly fix. I would never recommend this dentist to anyone as I think it is repulsive how someone like him can call themselves a professional in any field while charging for work that is sub par or for their own rework. Money is one thing but to see the physical pain my wife had to endure with her teeth during the time she had Ivan Mus as a dentist is unacceptable. In my opinion this dentist took advantage of the fact that my wife and I had multiple and high coverage of insurance which he exploited. (this is based from the multiple opinions from other reputable dentists and specialists that my wife currently goes to since Ivan Mus who all concurred that the work he did was sub par at best). Overall, I am well versed in billing rates of many professionals as well as medical billing rates such as dentists. It is very disgraceful that an individual such as Ivan Mus would conduct business in this manner and still considered themselves a competent professional .

Best Dentist that I have ever gone to.Puts himself out and in fact has come in on Saturdays to help family members in an emergency situation.Highly recommend.

I've been going to Dr. Mus my entire life, until I moved and needed a new dentist a bit more local to me. There is nobody quite like Dr. Mus or his staff. He is amazing. He is so nice, kind, and a joker. I love that he hums when he's looking at my teeth. He is so relaxing. Everyone I know hates going to the dentist while I have always absolutely loved it. And I attribute my love of the dentist a result of being his patient my entire life. He loves people just as much as he loves his dentistry practice. He always works with his patients even if they are in a bind. In fact, I've decided to go back to him and make the 1 hour commute to go see him.

I was not satisfied with this doctor AT ALL. I came in with an emergency and the first thing that came out of his assistant mouth was "why don't you wait for your dentist to come back from vacation". Extremely rude. Dr. Mus wasn't better himself...he decided not to do anything and let me go home with pain. And also i was complaining that my tooth hurts when I eat...at which he answered...maybe you should try not eating....what a moron! Never going back there again. The only reason I did not tell him off and his assistant is because they are both ancient and I do respect much older then myself.

I have been going to Dr.Mus for 16 years. He is an amazing,kind and caring dentist. I have never had to wait for any of my appointments he and his staff are always on time !!
