Dr Steckler is too busy to see patients. As as noted before the PA does most of the work, under "supervision". PA is not empowered to do anything useful. Plus she recently left. Recently sent some paperwork required by insurance. They did not bother to call to let us know that an appointment was necessary for the paperwork to be filled. When calling for an appointment, it's like impossible to schedule. After we are done with this paperwork, we refuse to be stuck with Theresa Steckler MD. She does not need her patients, and her patients don't need her

This doctor is a joke. She started out being our doctor, then she switched us to her PC, although she still confirmed on our care. When the PC left her office, she now is too busy to see us. This doctor abandon us. Her staff in the front office is all about the money. Poor poor doctor.

Six yrs ago I signed up to use Dr. Steckler who promptly assigned her PA, Ha Le, to care for my health. Recently, Ha left her office and without notification from Dr. Steckler or her office, I was summarily assigned to another doctor whom I don't know. Ha Le worked under the direction and control of Dr. Steckler, but when Ha left Dr. STeckler didn't want to take over my case. This is highly unpfrofessional and below the standard of care of a doctor. I'm furious over the handlilng of this matter. I didn't even get a letter from the clinic, but rather received a phone call cancelling my next visit that I had w/ Ha Le.

We have been patients of this doctor for over ten years and find her diagnostic knowledge of possible problems to be accurate. She spends time listening to us. Of course, we go in to see her prepared with questions which helps a lot and this is what is highly recommended with any medical appointment. I have unusual allergies to medications and she always takes this in consideration. I can call her service and get a return call right away. Getting an appointment if you have a serious issue is not a problem. We highly recommend Dr. Steckler.

I believe Dr. Steckler is losing her grip. Her office operates like a factory. Her way of answering questions is yelling in a condesending manner, like "how dare your question me." She doesn'tknow waht it is but here is a script. God forbid you have a bad reaction to this medicine, you cannot reach her or a nurse for help. The girl that answers the phone tells you to go to the ER, the doctor is out of the office now. Uncaring doctor, innocernt older patients look to her forhelp and they take what ever she says as the answers when Dr. Steckler is only interested in getting the next patient in and out. She want her office to take your blood because she is part owner in that lab (but she does not disclose that to you) She want to do an EKG at her office rather than send you to a cardiologist, so she can collect insurance payment on that.It seems she Jack of all Trades, Master of none. Beware......and her office is filthy. If you have a serious medical issue, I would try another doctor.

Dr, Steckler is a very knowledgeable person and very adept at diagnosing problems. However, she has a very abrupt manner. I always make notes before my appointment so I won't take her valuable time.

Lately, Dr. S seems a bit off the mark lately, It seems that she doesn't want to go the extra step in finding the exact cause of my illness. She just writes a script and no follow up. I'm still sick but feel it is a burden for her to see me. I think that she has too many patients. They are elderly. She is the boss and lets them know it.

Great doctor! I've been seeing Dr. Steckler for +10 years. She's a great family doctor. Good luck trying to get into see her, she's had a full practice for a number of years and rarely takes new patients. One of my friends tried for two years to get to be a new patient of Dr. Steckler's and her perseverance finally paid off. I'm very lucky to have Dr. Steckler as my doctor.

I have been going to Dr. Steckler for a number of years. She is very friendly and explains thing s well to the best of her knowledge. However, lately I feel she considers my concerns not to be worthy of investigation. She only asks if I still have a problem then checks it off on her paperwork without pursuing the issue and trying to help me diagnose or cure.
