When the billing company had mistakenly overcharged me for Dr. Donald M. Alpiner services, he had written me a personal refund check. Due to the fact that I am attempting to not go out except for essential needs as well as to work, I had not cashed the check. Dr. Donald M. Alpiner personally called me to verify if I had recieved the check and wanted to ensure that it was not misplaced. Without a doubt the best doctor I have ever had. His staff is very knowledgeable, caring and most of all HAPPY. Dr. Alpiner must provide one heck of an atmosphere as it is a reflection on the people that work for him.

I was not at all impressed with his exam of me. He did not communicate with me and was very quiet during my visits, even after I asked questions.
