Hard to get a real person over the phone. Office will not return calls or follow up with patient. Called when sick and no one would return the call. Finally spoke with someone and they said we are busy go to urgent care.

Dr. M.C. is very opinionated, and seems to treat patients as if they are stupid and ill informed. She is set on her approach and is not open minded. she is not a holistic approach doctor, she is a dr. with an agenda that isn't patient centered.

I saw this doctor for many years and yes she has an attitude. Not very caring and shows no concern. I had no insurance and was divorced and low income...she ordered bloodwork for me and tests that I could not afford with no care to ask me. She treated me for High BP and kept adding new Rx's that made me constipated. when I called the office they wouldn't do anything about it or did they care. Sorry to be so open but I actually didn't have a BM for 10 days and was in pain. She did nothing. I stopped taking the medicine and things got better. so cost of medicine was down the drain also. Then when I called for a strep test they said come right in. Then I was put on hold. they came back and said oh you haven't been in for a year..so we can't see you today. What sense did that make? But if you ever want someone to just tell you what they think...she's the one. She has no problem telling you her opinion on any subject.

I agree that Dr Wendy has too many patients. She has small children at home and doesn't work enough hours to adequately serve so many people. She has always take very good care of me, though I do wait 30-60 minutes. Never go on Tuesday afternoon: all the drug reps are there!!

I've always thought this doc. was very nice and easy to talk to. Although I think she just has too many patients and not enough time to throughly treat each one. It does take a while to get an appointment and you can wait from 30-90 minutes depending on how the waiting room looks. I've never had a problem with copays but then again i've always had mine when i arrived. I personally believe that because of her being overworked i was misdiagnosed and had to go through additional testing which was unnecessary. In the end nothing was wrong but it was a hassle to worry and take the extra time. I really believe she would be a GREAT doctor if she wasn't so overworked. Take a lighter load!!!

This doctor always had a snotty attitude with me. Almost everytime I made an appointment I'd have to wait an hour and a half just to get into a room. Recently I made an appointment because I was in severe pain. I heard nothing all day and when I showed up at teh office, i was informed that my doctor was not there. Needless to say, I wsa very angry, I was in a lot of pain and they refused to let me see the other doctor. The secretary is a know-it-all who acts like she is better than the world. I would not reccamend this doctor to anyone.
