Ratings for Dr. Brett Halliday
Supposed to be independent, what a croc.
Totally Workcover biased, misinterprets what is said.
Scored me a 0% on my hip replacement scar yet didn't even look at it or ask about it.
Stated my medical issues that started before surgery or just after it are not related to it.
What a clown, you would be buggered if you only had him to rely on.
Was pleasant enough to talk to but cannot be trusted to be fair and impartial.

Stay clear of this devil, he will hurt you, write bad stuff about you, he works for insurance. Go elsewhere or have your life ruined forever

Excellent patient care, we were very happy with surgery results on my husband’s ankle. Would definitely see him again for other orthopaedic conditions.

Nice bloke but very obviously an insurers advocate. Actual physical examination was under 2 minutes. Later found that the report he provided to the insurer excluded some important facts and other answers to his questions were obscured to paint a better picture for the insurer's report. Excellent value for money if you're an Insurer or WorkCover. If you're someone who has suffered an injury and the insurer books you an appointment make sure to make notes on what you said immediately after the appointment because otherwise you'll be up Ship Creek, with no paddle. Car crash? you're fine. Forklift Accident, no worries. Lost a limb? It'll probably grow back, you're good. If you're reading this QBE/Suncorp, give the bloke a raise with the millions he's saved you in claims!

Exactly the same as 2 other reviews here. If its a work cover claim please go elsewhere. He picks the best image from a MRI and has his office staff write up a fake report. Little does he know that i have a copy of the MRI image's on disk that i was kindly given from the staff from radiology. Will be taking all this up with another specialist and my lawyer

If you're going their for workcover or a insurer and their paying him he doesn't let them down.he will go against every thing you say to give them exactly what Thay want, if workcover sends you to him do what ever you can to change it to someone else . Money talksl

Worst Dr ever he didn’t really check my shoulder but told workcover that it’s pre existing injury and get 3 Musculoskeletal with Surg procedure U/S done over a 12 week preiod. And I should be good as gold, well he was wrong as I got surgery done on shoulder a few months after seeing him and it was major surgery. Instead of him just worrying about his pay check from workcover and insurance companies he should start listening to the patients and examine them properly instead of flogging us off. I would never recommend him to anyone as he doesn’t care one bit
