I had seen this dr and he was good 1st visit. Said he understood medical trauma and would figure out stuff to help me. Great until I had to deal with his nurse Jennifer who was rude and condescending. He clearly said a follow visit would be with him , my husband was with me too. Then dealing with his nurse was horrible. I tried to stick up for myself just about the follow up and told her what I was told by the Dr and she just said there is a no confrontation policy and laughed sadistically as I told her she is the one that has been confrontational in her messages. She is definitely on a power trip. When she doesn’t even do the scheduling and she wanted to keep arguing with me and tell me “that I need to understand how the process works “Could have been solved a lot better by her. Dr Wilson didn’t even see my side and believed her he didn’t hear the phone call, and said” Jenn”cares about people, that my behavior won’t be tolerated. I was just wanting to make a follow up appointment and to be treated like I was is unacceptable. This is the worst dr I’ve been to because he gave me false hope and acted like he cared and talked about medical trauma when his medical staff and him caused me more trauma. You should be able to ask questions and stick up for yourself and your health. Obviously not in this department.

Dr. Wilson is amazingly knowledgeable and compassionate at the same time. I am impressed with his knowledge in my autoimmune disease , willingness to identify root causes of my specific issues and ordering the right tests and treatments to help me handle my symptoms and live a better life.

I am so grateful for the diligent care I’ve received from Dr. Wilson! He listens carefully and is extraordinarily compassionate. Dr. Wilson was able to get a very expensive medication approved for me even after it was denied multiple times! He is a specialist in the field of Dysautonomia and is committed to advancing patient education and empowering his patients with tips and tools to help combat Dysautonomia. No wonder his schedule is over-booked. The level of care he provides truly is worth the wait!

I was sent to him from Pittsburgh. He seemed like a great doctor at first said he would get to the bottom of my issues and to be patient with him. Before I knew it he wanted and required me to attend zoom video sessions with a bunch of other people for a condition that I didn't even test positive for. There is no individual approach and his patients are all grouped together in a one size fits all approach, this is not how medicine works. I got in trouble for asking personal questions and was told it caused other patients distress. What about my distress? All I am asking for is the time and respect to explain to me what is going on with me and really try to figure out what is wrong with me.

No follow through treatment. Cant get appts. Temperment is immature in my opinion. my experience is that he doesn't take responsibility to help you.

He's incompetent and seems to care only for his own image. Yes, he has a very strong desire for you to like him... but not enough to actually try to help you, listen to your situation, respond to questions, follow up on anything.

If you don't answer a question with the answer he expects/wants, he'll just ask it again. Or he'll simply remember it (and speak of it) as if you answered with his "answer." It's truly bizarre. And worse, it's unhelpful to his patients because he's both giving and "remembering" wrong information.

Absolutely terrible doctor.

Dr Wilson excels as a neurologist specializing in Autonomic nerve. You're in good hands. He's personable and not at all condescending. He's friendly and explains everything and if you need more explanation, he'll give it until you understand.

Dr Wilson is horrible when it comes to care. He only cares about you signing up for his exercise class. I have emailed him countless times about concerns for my lack of care. I have a heart rate of 205 , I have neuropathy and I have had brain surgery where I was left with tmj and a spinal fluid leak. Dr. Wilson instructed my other dr to take me off of pain meds because all I need is exercise. The guy is clueless. If you care about detailed quality answers , don’t see him. He pretends he cares when he only truly cares about himself. It’s rather sad
