Has been my dr for years & is usless. If I could find another dr I would. Told me twice today that she had no more time for me. I was crying & saying but a symptom & she told me in no uncertain terms to deal with it. Deal with it? Seriously? I will continue my hunt for another dr. And she is rarely availabke

Wonderful family doctor, we need more people like her! Be prepared to wait a while if you are scheduled for after 11am. But totally worth the wait! She is fantastic!

Best Doctor Ever!!! Can be late but once she is in the room she is so helpful and worth the wait.
I definitly recommend Dr. O If your looking for a doctor who knows what their doing.

Been with her for 15 years now - and wouldn't ever switch. What I love most is her awesome memory - even when I hadn't seen her for 6-7 years, the minute she saw me she remembered pretty much my entire life story, family history, siblings, etc. Her patient interactions are wonderful in general - always a kind word and some witty banter as she works. The second thing I love most about Dr. Ou-Hingwan, is her no-nonsense approach. She will tell you like it is, give you the pros and cons of all treatments, make a few suggestions, and then leave it in your hands. She does high quality consultations where you never feel rushed, and she patiently answers questions and provides in-depth information about everything she does/suggests/prescribes. The only downside is that due to her popularity, appointments can be hard to make, but it's so worth it if you can get a spot.

Dr. Ou- Hingwan is an awesome doctor.. She is intelligent, effective and caring. She is able to solve difficult health challenges and find solutions when others have not. I could not ask for a more effective physician to be my support and advocate. .
