So many mixed messages from office staff regarding billing and dental procedures. Too many staff changes---which indicates a poor work setting. I would not recommend this office to anyone. It is the worst!!!!!!

For most of these things I would have put a Zero if I could have. For the most part the staff is fairly nice, but it doesn't make up for the "dr" and the "office manager". The office manager is more like a sleezy car salesman trying to strike a deal or a pushy NYC street vendor trying to get you to buy fake rolexes out of her coat pocket. They take advantage of whatever they can get from you and I am fairly certain they do dental work that isn't even needed so they can bill you for it. Constantly making you sign financial agreements every turn and the office manager pulling you into exam rooms for "financial consults" even when you have insurance and pay everything up front. Staff is ill informed. Office manager is a pushy B. This place reeks of corruption and insurance fraud. AVOID AT ALL COSTS.

This dentists office is terrible!! The office staff especially the office manager Eileen are incredibly rude! Why would he employ such rude staff? I have no kind words to say about this place. Do not waste your money on these money hungry people. They could care less about you and all about the money.

I go to this office for my Invisalign. Staff is usually nice... The reason i wanted to write a review is because i am becoming frustrated with getting a appointment! I am supposed to see the dentist every 4 weeks for my new sets. For some reason i have been waiting 5 weeks or 6 weeks to get a appointment.... It is extending the time i should be wearing my Invisalign and i am becoming very frustrated with this office! My appointment takes 10 mins at most each time and they should he getting me in when I'm supposed to be seen!

Very pushy and it was like I was dollar sign to them. Not understanding and extremely expensive. Not going there again!

I keep getting in the mail cards from this doctor for specials. I called to make an appointment but they did not have openings until December??? They are only open one saturday a month? And only work late on Mondays? Really??? How are you so busy during the day and no openings for new customers that have a full time job. I'll keep my current dr. then. No hassles there. Stop sending those cards if you can't schedule appts.
