I've been a patient at FMML for 23 years. This place is horrible. Nothing but mistakes. I'm really disappointed I have to change doctor after all these years. My three children 19,16,13 have been patients since birth at FMML. I was a patient of Dr. Tracy's when she started practicing in Fitchburg 23 years ago before she became a meat market for a Dr. She only cares about growing her business and making big bucks while forgetting about the patients who began with her. I haven't seen Dr. Tracey in yrs because I only see Nurse practitioners. Place is a joke. I don't trust them with my health and I will find a new Dr. with some class and compassion.

I met Dr Tracey waaaaay back before she had her own practice. She is a lovely human being and I really felt I was in good hands. I see my doctor for my annual exam and maybe once or twice through the year for minor illnesses. FMC has become a referral center. If you're not having a baby these people want no part of you! The front desk staff isn't so much RUDE, as IMPATIENT. Example: When I switched PCP's, I submitted the form my new PCP included in the new patient pack - it had the full address and fax number of the new practice. FMC said I needed to complete THEIR paperwork, which I did. The girl at the desk asked me for the doctors address and fax number, then was quite huffy that I didn't have it with me. IT WAS ON THE FORM I HAD ALREADY SENT THEM! I have referred a few friends to this practice over the years, but none of them are happy, either.

I started seeing Dr Tracy when she first opened her practice, and was very happy with her.Over the years, as the practice grew, and moved to Leominster I became less. I never get to see the doctor anymore. I would see one NP, then another. None of them seemed to have a clue about my medical background. Every time I had an illness or issue, I was made to feel like I was over-reacting. During my pregancy, none of my concerns were addressed,I was brushed off everytime and made to feel stupid. For every little illness, I had been made to go have expensive tests, for a sinus infection that did not respond to one dose of amoxicillian I was made to get a Cat Scan, which showed nothing other than a sinus infection. I have had issues in that office with patient confidentiality, which I think is a huge problem in that office. I am now transferring to another doctor, and being made to pay close to $100 for my records to be transferred. Absolutely ridiculous, but I need to get out of there.

Our family has been with Dr Traceys practice since 2002. We were very happy with her until 2005 in which we became somewhat displeased. We became a little perturbed in 2008 and downright disgusted in 2010. It is now July 2011 and we have decided that her practice is no longer a good fit for, and has now become detrimental to, our family. We are your typical nuclear family with a white house , picket fence (literally) 2 kids a cat, two Honda Accords and plenty of love for our kids and spouse. The deciding factors are as follows : (1) You can't get an appointment with the Doctor unless you are a forceful advocate for yourself (something we've had to do an unacceptable amount in the last four years). When you do advocate for yourself a grudge is held. This is no way to treat a patient. (2) Revolving door with staff. (3) Bedside manner -this is being kind- is atrocious. If you ask questions you're made to feel stupid. This is just plain unacceptable. How the mighty have fallen

The staff at Dr. Tracey's office is VERY rude. When I would call because one of my children was sick, I would often have to wait hours before getting a call back from a nurse. And when I called, I was treated with a real lack of compassion. This is not a great way to run a doctor's office. I moved my children to a pediatrician's office a couple years ago, and I should have also switched to a new doctor then. When I called the other day to get my medical records transferred to a new doctor, I was told that I would have to pay $100 for my medical records. Charging a person for their medical records because they unhappy with the care they are receiving is not right. It shouldn't be this hard or financially burdensome to leave a doctor's office.

Staff is extremly rude, trying to get an appointment is very difficult. You need to call the office, tell the girl on the phone what thur issue is, then wait for a nurse to call you back, which sometimes can be several hours. I have one every seen Dr. Tracey once. This practice completely lacks compassion, and quite honestly I don't feel like I can trust my health to them.

I love Dr. Tracey, I was referred to her with my 1st child 8 yrs ago. She was and still remains very knowledgable and curtious. It is challenging to get an appointment with her. The front staff is horrible, everytime you call I feel like I am taking up there precious time. I/my family are not sick & I do not make a habit of calling for every illness in the family. There have been billing mistakes & I need to tell them what my copayments are, each time they want to charge me a different amount. Some of my peers also go to her practice, they all have the same thing to say.. dr tracey is great, staff as well as nurse pract. could use some serious help. Most people left because of the fact they did not like her staff. I know medical staff and they say that she does not understand how any of that can happen? If you don't tell her,she can't fix it. Lots of staff complaints here, I wonder what she has done to fix it?

I love this practice. My family loves this practice. We think the staff is very helpful and knowledgeable. The practice coordinator, Kamally, is friendly, helpful, and caring. The referall person, Patty, is equally kind and conscientious. WE LOVE THIS PLACE!!! Dr. Tracey is available, accessible, knowledgeable, and sweet. Her staff is, too. I can't say enough good things about them.
