The WORST male Dr I’ve ever seen! As a female adolescent I was extremely vulnerable after being diagnosed with scoliosis. I went to an apt once after a university class and he scolded me for 5mins about wearing flip flops - referencing a Dr he was currently studying who refused to see client with flip flops. My father at the time had recently died of alcoholism and I was clearly struggling with the loss. I showed up to an apt, but without checking in with me or asking any questions, he immediately accused me of an eating disorder and threatened not to treat me anymore if ‘I continued my behaviour’ - absolutely disgusting! I’m not sure if he had an ego complex, was just inexperienced or didn’t understand how to interact with younge females at the time, but the way he spoke to me was disgusting!!! I have not wanted to engage with male practitioners since!

Amazing chiropractor. I was in brutal pain due to disks injury etc that greatly affected my life. Now I am feeling much better. Dr. E. Is a blessing. We'll spoken. He is highly empathic and extremely knowledgeable. I highly recommend his services.
His office is very clean well organized and staff are very lovely to interact with. I was felling hopeless and desperate due to the pain. Please seek him out and do not give up.

Went down my back on Feb 21 and pinched a nerve who knows rupture a tendon might even torn a ligament
Never felt pain on back has nothing to do with treating my arm orneck
Absolutely nonsense that's just a gimmick if you can snap your fingers you won't need him to assault you, my back hurts for no reason he poked beside the bone feels so fucking painful I would have screamed at him for causing so much pain, you are a psychopath don't ever touch me again freak

STAY AWAY FROM THE 8 WEEKS TO WELLNESS PROGRAM! Dr. E (Jans Ellefsen) is the owner of this clinic and runs the 8 weeks to wellness. He reassured me during my assessment that if my injury required physio or anything other than Chiro he would ensure it was a part of the 8 weeks. He told me I had a functional scoliosis and required chiro. He blew through my entire benefits, was always 20-30 min late every time and would adjust me in 5 min and have me out the door. Every time I asked how I was progressing it was, "You are exactly where I would expect you to be." Well, my back pain was 2/10 before all these "Back adjustments" was a 8/10 by the end when my benefits ran dry. Went to a doctor and a physiotherapist that both confirmed I had no functional scoliosis .... I have a tilted pelvis... I have asked around and believe other physicians within the clinic rarely get referrals from this "8 weeks to wellness" I also confirmed other patients of Dr. E getting a bad vibe that he cared more about the billable hours than their health...I did not get a good vibe AT ALL..but I trusted the title of "Dr." and trusted this process of 8 weeks to wellness...I Felt that all he cared about was the health of his financial statements and not a care for the health of his patients... I am not one to make reviews but want people to be warned...I think he can easily fool people. I genuinely feel if you are good at reading people and seeing through BS you will agree with me. I will say that the other staff at this clinic are AMAZING and have been very helpful once I started to see them.

Dr.E has also changed my view of chiropractors for the better.I was diagnosed with spinal stenosis past Dec.and had to give up walking and aerobics because of pain in my legs.Started at the clinic in May with Physio and then to Dr.E,changed my life for the better and happy to say I am walking distance,yoga class.he is very professional and easy to understand.I have improved so much from first visit.The clinic team are awesome ,helpful&friendly staff.Would recommend 100%

From the moment I walked into Kinesis ,I was greeted by friendly , helpful staff. Dr. E listened to all my concerns and was very knowledgeable and caring. Never having been to a chiropractor before, I didn't know what to expect but felt very much at ease after the first visit. He took his time to make sure I understood everything that would happen and how the treatment would progress. I would certainly recommend Kinesis and Dr. E to anyone looking for chiropractic services.

Dr. E is amazing. He's very knowledgeable and he's always giving suggestions to heal without medication. He's amazing! He has helped me immensely with my back problems, and if I experience flare-ups he is able to do adjustments to help! He listens to concerns and he is very kind and caring to his patients. I went to see him for several years due to a car accident and he really is a fabulous guy! I loved going to see him and loved his staff! :) YAY! Thank you Dr. E for being so great! Dr. E is amazing!! He has helped me as well as my son. I swear he even cured the common cold for me once! I was suffering with a really bad cough and tickle in my throat. He made a quick neck adjustment and things started to drain properly! My tickle which I had for 4 weeks or so was gone immediately!! He is also very good with my son. Always teasing him and making him smile. I recommend him to everyone I talk to who needs chiro care! The staff is also always friendly, helpful and understanding! Have never had a bad experience with my dealings with any of the professionals at this location.
