Dr Constad answered my questions, staff was professional and caring. Optical was well set up, and front desk was nice on the phone and in person

The experience was good (although the reception needs to have a smile on face). I went for a routine check to get my prescription, but I had problems with the new glasses. They were happy to setup appointment for checking the new glasses and were gracious to not post any charges for that.
