We absolutely adore Dr. Mele. She's very knowledgeable, comforting, and warm. She's usually on time. What else can you ask for in a pediatrician! Both of my children have been going to her for years and don't mind when it's time to go to the doctor (which is saying a lot). Her office staff, however, are quite rude. The nurse is very, very impolite and I personally tense up a bit when I see him. The receptionist is less so, but still, I've experienced better office staff. We will, of course, keep seeing Dr. Mele, but I just wish they could find better office staff. I very very much recommend her, even if you live an hour away (thankfully we live near her, but the drive would be absolutely worth it)

Very caring, knowledgeable, polite and punctual. Goes above and beyond her duty. Once my child became very sick during the weekend, she came to the office to see him within 1 hour. I highly recommend her.

Dr. Mele has been the caregiver to my three children since all of the were born. She is awesome - always takes every issue seriously, has a wonderful rapport with both us and my children, and has taken exceptional care of them for the past 8+ years. We moved into the far suburbs, but we still make the trek to her office and don't want to switch pediatricians. We trust Dr. mele, and she is just fantastic in every way - love her!!

My Children are 7 & 4 and have always had positive experiences with the staff and Dr.Mele. Dr. Mele has a wonderful demeanor with the children and with the us (the parents). Always take the time during the appointments and never feel rushed. She provides age appropriate information regarding developement - when illness has come up, the office is always willing to accomodate an appointment. Everyone is friendly and professional. We would strongly recommend Dr. Mele and the practice.

Dr Mele is amazing. She is always very thorough, and notices little things we wouldn't even think to mention. She is careful and conservative in her approach, which as a parent I greatly appreciate. She has always gone the extra mile in her care of my daughter. I highly recommend her to anyone.

Dr. Mele is a great doctor! She is great with my two children and has always been there for them and has even gone beyond the call of duty in helping us. She is very knowledgeable and caring. My children love her and are very comfortable with her. I am only sad that we can't have her as our family doctor since she decided to concentrate on Pediatrics!!
