Dt. Nagul is retiring at the end of April 2018. He was a specialist in diabetes. He had a little trouble managing the office.

Waited a lifetime to see the doctor - 2-hours after my appointment time - likely due to over booking appointments - once had the receptionist ask me if I had an appointment - she couldn't find it in the calendar. Then - the doctor fell asleep while writing in my charts - some kind of sleeping disorder I think - but the last straw was seeing the very same hair on the floor that I had seen in my previous appointment a week earlier and this guy wants me to run around bare foot in his office? I think not - C-ya doc - bye - bye.

Rebecca the receptionist is rude and unprofessional. The way she talks down to patients is unacceptable. Will not be returning to that office again!

Rudest receptionist I have ever encountered.
Doctor was over 45 minutes late for an appointment that was reconfirmed just an hour before the scheduled time.
Both staff and physician are shockingly unprofessional.
Dr. Nagul seems quite knowledgeable, but no one should have to be subjected to his staff, their rudeness, disrespect toward patients, nor their apparent disregard for the concept of having an appointment time.

The front office lady very rude and dizzy, she cant remember one thing to the next. I have to repeat my name 4 times before i can get my question answered. Dr. Nagul asked me the same questions every single time i had an appointment and sent me out for blood work each time never getting results explained to me. The staff is very very unprofessional very ghetto, the front office lady is an old G and has no manners what so ever the young boy who works there is DUMB he has to look to the OG for approval. The MA Monica was nice but could be irritable at times because it looks like she is the only who works around there. DR. Nagul needs to get rid of the hag and liitle boy, keep monica and he might be able to get new pts in make some more money. YOUR OFFICE STAFF CAN MAKE OR BREAK YOU!

The office staff is absolutely terrible: lost some of my records, refused to use the correct paperwork for for my lab work even when requested which resulted in problems getting the lab to run the appropriate tests, then they couldn't find the lab results in their office. Office environment is not very clean so I won't even consider having any procedure done in this office. Had to wait over 2-1/2 hours past my appointment time for a 10 minute meeting which just covered my lab work. Doctor spends too much time reminiscing about his past when he should be listening to his patient. I'm still symptomatic and have no answers. I think it might be time for him to consider retirement. I will not be returning and am going to request a referral to different physician. Very disappointed and unsatisfied.

At each appointment, we had to wait for more than 1.5 hrs. The doctor keep forgetting things and asked repeated questions, which made us worry more. We had to call back 3-4 times on the results of the lab. Anyhow, have asked for a release from the doctor.

The first red flag was that I was able to schedule an appointment within a week of my call - unheard of with a specialist. I waited in the waiting room quite awhile, then when the dr. saw me, he seemed way more interested in talking about what my husband does for a living. The front staff is truly awful: an unintelligible man and a woman who loudly described - in front of the whole waiting room - how I would have to collect my urine for the next appointment. I made an appointment with another endo (3 months in the future), canceled my follow-up with Dr. Nagul's office and told them to take me off their patient list. A very poor experience and I would definitely recommend new patients steer clear.
