Dr. Rigby was inappropriate and should have lost his license. If he hadn't retired I would have reported him. He told me confidential things about my mothers diagnosis when she was sick with cancer. He was also incredibly inappropriate when doing examinations with my mom who had breast cancer. Whenever she would go for checkups he would insist on removing her bra himself not letting her do it for herself. He took advantage of a patient who was quite sick and disclosed information that she hadn't told the family about. He was our family Dr. I went in because I had an issue with being tired all the time no matter how much I slept or didn't sleep. The only thing he told me was that I was grieving for my mom before she passed but I didn't need to worry as the cancer had spread to her bones and she didn't seem to be in much pain and since it had spread again to the brain she would pass peacefully in her sleep. I had definitely not been told by anyone in my family that her cancer had come back. Especially from my mom. He took advantage of a sick woman and caused so much depression and anxiety for my mom with her sickness. Reading the reviews from other patients do not accurately depict this Dr. Thank GOD for his retirement.

Ross was my doctor in Red Deer for 25 years. He was so good. I miss Ross big time. I have atrial fib and I was so blessed to have Ross. I wish him the very best. Ross left Red Deer quite a few years ago but will always be thought of Rodney Scott

Dr. Rigby is incredibly wise about diagnosis' and natural health as well necessary medications, only when needed. He has wonderful manner about him too!

Dr.rigby was the most knowledgeable doctor, we miss hin terribly...he was such an asset to m when i suffered a broken neck through work, handled wcb and made sure i has the best surgeon, i am a well person today, because of him, there will never be anyone as qualified to deal with the whole family as ross rigby...loved him truly....now we have to go to walk in clinics and deal with incompetent doctors, who don't give a hoot who you are or what you have gone through, He was my doc for 28 yrs....we all miss him terribly, he was my oc when i gave birth to my two children, and he was actually there...not a nurse, and they were both in the middle of the night
