This dr tried to shut down my care by refusing to refer me to an endrocrinologist; turned out I had panhypopituitarism which was life threatening. Fortunately I got to another dr in time and out from under his "managed care" which could have cost me my life. Dr Bell seems especially interested in stopping poor patients (medicaid) from "using resources" by getting tests etc.
