Uncaring and unprofessional. This doctor is a total narcissist! He didn't listen to my daughter, negative, sarcastic, hasty, lacking eye contact, edgy and creepy vibes. He took less than 10 minutes to examine her and less time listening. He doesn't explain everything, isn't caring and CANNOT be trusted.

I have been seeing Dr. Cantley for 6 months for repeated visits. He is wonderful. He takes his time, he explains everything in DETAIL. He explains why he's saying what he's saying, he is caring and he he listens to what I have to say. I trust him and would trust him with anyone in my family.

Very quick diagnosis and decision about the dosage of my medication with no opportunity for dialogue. Dismissive of the fact that my actual symptoms were in complete opposition to his diagnosis. The test result showed x therefore I must be feeling y. The worst physician interaction I have ever had.

Dr. Cantley prescribed a drug (Tapozole) for what he diagnosed (in error) as hyperthyroidism. This diagnosis was made after spending approx, 7 minutes with me on my first visit. I developed drug induced hepatitis with severe jaundice as as result. During treatment by Cantley, I called his office to report extreme itching, dark urine, and extreme lethargy. I was told by his nurse to continue the medication and I would be assessed at my next scheduled visit. Had my pharmacist not recognized the severity of my symptoms, it could have resulted in complete liver failure. My advice: seek another physician- and at the very least, get a second opinion if your treatment will involve meds.

Brusque, rude, condescending, deliberately unhelpful; seemed not to care to listen to the patient's symptoms or concerns. A most disappointing experience.
