Terrible staff, can’t even get your appointments right and then expect you to switch your days for a mistake they made . Terrible organization, I would no trust this office .

Useless. Went in with severe urticaria, did prick test the first visit, which was done by someone else because he was elsewhere, told I definitely had allergies. I've had allergies since I was born. Treated for chronic spontaneous urticaria twice which didn't help the situation then was treated for dry skin. No other testing for 10 months. Patch test in the middle of summer and I work construction outside and was told not to sweat. Had a positive reaction to everything upon removal. Came back 2 days later and he "could read anything" until I stretched and then came back with 14 positives. My GP originally said it might be food related but was never tested for anything of that sort. I should have taken a picture of my results before I left and when I called back 30 min later stating that I should have taken a picture the receptionist said that "I guess you missed your chance". So after 10 months, I'm in the same place

I have been seeing Dr J for over a year for asthma and getting my breathing under control. He’s caring and he follows up with you throughout your treatment(s). We have worked together to find what works best for me.
I’ve always had a good rapport with the staff including reception. But I’m a cheery, easy going person. They have actually gone beyond my expectations so thank you so much for that ladies. I almost must mention the pharmacist. She always has a smile and is willing to help.
And yes, as I’ve read in other posts, Dr J and staff are wonderful with children. Great Dr, Great Staff, Great work!
Also, they are very “Covid alert” if you have any concerns in that regard.

Just had my first appointment with him and he was great! Extremely friendly, felt comfortable talking to him right away and he helped explain my diagnosis in detail on the spot. Great experience.

I have been referred to this Dr by my GP. I haven't even seen him yet as the receptionist was extremely rude over the phone. I received a phone call yesterday on my cell with a voicemail left looking for someone that was not even me. When I explained who I was (my correct name) she proceeded to tell me that the office had called me yesterday to book me in due to a cancellation. I explained that I lived in Chatham and also that I am in the middle of dealing with a flu. I also tried to mention that as I was trying to manage my own business I can't just drop whatever I am doing and travel to Windsor at the drop of a hat to see my Dr. I asked if I could make an appointment instead. Rudely she said began to tell me that I am referred to Dr Liam due to an anaphylactic episode recently and that if I want her to book me in for November then that would be fine. (She had such a rude tone and unsympathetic attitude). The receptionist said she would cancel my referral and contact my Dr telling him how unagreeable I was and how unprepared I was to work with them. She also asked why I wasn't referred to London rather than Windsor. Rude, rude, rude!!!!

Very good experiences, He's following my childs for the last 2 years. Take time to understand our needs, and makes some funny jokes to them. All the staff ais nice and polite.
