I must agree with the negative responses on this site. I believe dr Box is very smart, that does not do you any good if you can never see her, see her for 2 minutes, leave always feeling that no one is listening. She was supposed to be the best in diagnosis, she actually told me there was nothing she could do for me, actually she had her assistant tell me, I have psoriatic arthritis, she could leave a person feeling suicidal.

Phones often break down they do not call patients back. They will bring you in and charge you when they are not ready for your appointment. Horrible place that I would never recommend

A physician's office who ignores patients who have such serious diseases should not be allowed to treat patients.

I actually liked Dr. Box. I thought she was very knowledgeable and I think if I could have actually seen her on any of my visits we could have gotten to the problem. I went for 4 visits and saw her once. They kept rescheduling me to see Bethany who is an assistant and knew nothing. So disappointing....Be prepared to wait here in this office. My first visit I waited an hour to see Bethany, then waiting another half hour in the waiting room while some girl re=entered everything I wrote on the form into the computer, then here comes Bethany! Woo-hoo! All Bethany can say is "Let me ask Dr. Jane...." and then same thing next visit. Never any answers or ideas. don't waste your time!!!

My mom went to Dr.Jane for a long time. She spent no time with my mom. On October 21 2012 my mother passed away from the methoraxate Dr.Jane had given her. Dr.jane never once told us this medicine could cause lung problems which killed my mother. She won't answer my calls or won't meet with me. Don't go there!

Stay away. A rude staff. Dr Box has a terrible bedside manner and is more interested in lecturing that spending time with patients. She is not very curious.

I HAVE BEEN A PATIENT OF JANE BOX FOR 28 YEARS. SHE HAS SAVED MY LIFE TWICE, BY FINDING BLOOD DISCREPANCIES. I AM TRULY ALIVE DUE TO HER CARE. YOU CAN TELL HER ANYTHING, WHICH YOU SHOULD. BE PATIENT, IT COULD BE A SMALL WAIT, BUT WORTH THE WAIT TO FIND A FRIEND N A DOCTOR.

Dr. Jane is a very knowledgeable doctor and has a great bedside manner. She is easy to talk to about your condition, and provided me a choice of treatment options. She recently opened her own practice and the scheduling is much better. She still has a lot of patients and sometimes the wait is long, but she is willing to take her time with you, so she makes it worth the wait.

Dr. Jane is so smart.....staff is not very efficient...very frustrating trying to get through to her nurses.
