Staff let me down only once, but a cancer issue was at stake! Otherwise, over a couple of decades, they have been great.
Dr. Klaveniek has been my health mainstay. No question goes unanswered and my confidence in him has never had reason to waver. Thank you Doctor and staff 😊

They need to sort out their unreasonableness with masks. The receptionist told me my mask exemption was irrelevant and the doctor will not accept it. We waited outside and the doctor came and and said you are refusing to wear a mask? I said no I have an exemption. He said I would need to see it.
So which is it my exemption is irrelevant or you wish to see it? Do you really have a right to see it?

Staff are rude.
Another gp with a god complex.
Too good to take on new patients like the rest of the golfing fraternity in this area. All about the $$$

Staff at desk have no clue. They cant seem to tell you when dr will be in or not. They wont put you through to the dr on the phone even though this is allowed. Doctor Tom is a caring, understanding man who listens to your complaints and then prescribes the best treatment for you. If he isnt sure, he will write you referral to specialist. He will explain to you exactly what is wrong with you, even drawing a diagram so you can understand. I have been going to Dr Klaveneik for over 20 yrs and wouldnt think of going anywhere else.

Tom is a caring doctor and will listen to what you have to say. Sometimes there is a long wait but not always. If he doesn't know he will refer you to someone who does. Staff know you by name, I have seen patients abuse the staff and complaoin aout not getting in without an apointment and they handle it will dignity.

Great Doctor, if he doesn't have the answer (rare) he will refer to a specialist. Very caring, always gives you options and never counts out any possible solution. Extremely polite and sensitive to your needs. Overall great Doctor, also been our family Doctor for years.
