Excellent experience. Dr Seto was kind and gentle. My phone enquiry about my surgery concerns was attended to very professionally and quickly by office staff. Glad I had my surgery done by him.

Staff making contact with the patients need to identify themselves. There are several different contact people and if you are required or need to get back to them you end up starting over - frustrating!
Dr Seto is a skilled and caring professional.

Pleasant experience, long commute for the cataract surgery but all went according to schedule...followup in his office was excellent...need more handicapped accessibility foe his office

I picked up an unknown eye infection which was classified as urgent and was referred to Dr Seto. He squeezed me into his busy schedule and immediately realized I needed cultures which he couldn't do.
Dr Seto referred me to Sunny Brook Hospital with Dr. Chew where I was again squeezed into their busy schedule. The care I received from start to finish was first rate. Thank you Dr. Seto.

I have had two cataract surgeries performed by Dr. Seto. The last one was October 1, 2021. In both cases l have extremely satisfied. My vision improved to the point where l don't need glasses. He is very professional, and he is an excellent surgeon. He patiently answers questions and no b.s which is appreciated. His office manager Karen is lovely , very helpful. I would highly recommend Dr. Raymond Seto to anyone needing any eye care.
