Staff members are down right rude! What happened to customer service?

Staff is very Rude! Need to understand without patients they wouldn't get paid. Never saw the Doctor bc of the staff. This is a reflection of the Doctor so he gets a 1 star.

I loved having Dr. O'Connell as my primary care physician. I miss having him for my doctor. I had to move and I am having a terrible time finding a doctor who listens and cares as much. I wish more doctors took the time and where as willing to listen to their patients as well as Dr. O'Connell. I miss the whole staff.

No follow-up. Poor communication. Office staff not very knowledgeable.

Great staff and doctor. Been with the practice since he opened in Bakersfield. Takes care of the whole family.
