Condescendante et dure avec son personnel à qui elle fait la leçon devant les clients, faussement chaleureuse - tant qu'on est d'accord avec elle et qu'on veut bien tout payer, met de la pression pour des soins coûteux qu'un autre dentiste ne jugeait pas nécessaire, et surtout vérifiez bien votre facturation: services refusés mais facturés quand même, changements de prix, etc.

Unfortunately I encountered a rather rude, condescending, extremely arrogant dentist.

I had an emergency root canal done and was found to have an anomaly in root structure. So, the procedure took longer and posed more difficulty than was expected. The dentist was up-front about the challenge, gave me her personal card in case there were any difficulties, and even charged me a reduced rate because of the increased possibility of failure. (I should mention-- there was no failure!) Everyone I met at the clinic was helpful and warm, and Dr Margossian is a truly wonderful character. In fact, the characters and environment were so enjoyable even for an unpleasant procedure, it felt like the ambience from a Harry Potter book. Highly recommend.

Dr. Margossian is excellent. It is such a pleasure coming into this clinic for any kind of procedure. Staff is helpful, persistent, and patient. The hygienists seem well supported and highly trained. Dr. Margossian always makes time (even with back to back appointments all day) to review xrays/photos and talk with each patient.

I cannot begin to describe how eccellent my experience was at this Clinique. I did a complete check-up and cleaning: the hygienist was gentle (the cleaning did not hurt or feel annoying at all!) and lovely, while Dr. Margossian was very kind and precise in explaining me my situation. Overall, the staff makes you feel comfortable and cuddled - the secretary was very nice, too! Definitely recommended and I will keep her as my Dentist here in Montreal!

Please do yourself a favour and avoid Dr. Margossian. She is extremely rude and unprofessional. Talks to you in a very condescending manner and does not listen to your needs. I had a terrible experience with her, and she became aggressive when I declined her suggestions. I don’t have insurance and was looking for an affordable solution and i felt like she was upselling me. When I was leaving I overheard her talking about me to her secretary saying I should go and **** myself. I could not believe it ! I will be reporting her to the order.
I went to see another dentist on rue laurier who was more than professional and kind, and was able to fix my pain.

Good experience at the dentist! The environment is clean and the staff is super helpful and polite. Dr Margossian is a very knowledgeable dentist as well.
