Dr. Swain is the acknowledged expert on breast cancer oncology, having headed major trials for several decades. She is a bit lacking in the warm fuzzy personal department however, and can be dismissive at times. If it's top expertise you seek, definitely see her. If you want a hand to hold, she may not be your best choice.
