Dr. Feng Chong and his staff were great to work with. Not only did Dr. Chong provide me with BA results that exceed my expectations, he was always very professional, realistic with expectations and friendly. From first consultation to aftercare, he worked carefully with me to achieve a complete understanding of my goals. I just had my second procedure with Dr. Chong. Dr. Feng Chong caused me quite the disfigurement from the abdominoplasty he performed. First appointment after the surgery, day after, he couldn't recall my surgery because he had done three that morning - getting it done I guess. Not what I was expecting for a response. Went from bad to worse with no post operative care whatsoever. Dismissed my concern about a bad infection (I am an RN with extensive wound care education and experience). I sent him photos and a video to get his attention. This dismissed as nothing to worry about. Once in emergency after a transfer from Strathcona county hospital to receive treatment and have some diagnostic tests, still no Dr. Feng Chong. He was not available to consult with plastics at the hospital (he told me he forgot to call as he was busy marking residents exams) so no one would touch me. Finally, a radiologist took pity on me - she put in a drain and apologized for the lack of care after over 36 hours of pain and disregard. The only bad health care experience I have ever had and I paid for it, in more ways than one. This person, Dr. Feng Chong had no compassion or empathy nor took any responsibility for someone suffering under his care. We fired one another at our next face to face but not before I made him understand what he was responsible for. This was 4 years ago - if its a tummy- tuck you're after, you'll get a much better result and care in a medical tourism facility in Mexico than in this man's office. Did more damage than good here.

Dr Chong and his staff were very nice and easy to communicate with. The entire process was quick and very informative. I felt I had a good understanding of the decision process, and even when I was nervous the day of surgery, he made me feel very comfortable. I had dr Chong perform a breast reduction in January and I am feeling 1000% better. Him and his staff and all so kind and make u feel so comfortable. They helped me before and after the procedure and I couldn’t have asked for a better surgeon. The office girls were honestly amazing, they never make u feel bad for asking all the questions that come up throughout the healing process. I will always recommend going to dr Chong for any surgeries!

I found Dr. Chong on Google, and he was my top choice on a shortlist of surgeons that I was considering in the Edmonton area for my breast augmentation. I relied a lot on reviews from different sites to help make my decision, focusing on how people felt about their results. I felt like Dr. Chong’s positive reviews were incomparable, so I chose him, and I am so glad I did. My surgery was in July 2023, and I couldn’t be happier with my results! On top of that, Dr. Chong is so incredibly kind, and a calming presence for what can be a pretty intimidating endeavor. His office was clean and inviting, and everyone I spoke with were nice, professional, and helpful. I had a wonderful surgical experience and was treated with care and compassion by everyone involved in the surgery. I honestly don’t think I could have asked for better, and I highly recommend Dr. Chong.
