Dr. Cohen is very experienced and honest. I went to see him for possible expander for my kid. Dr. Cohen had no issues with saying it's not required yet and explaining in details why, referencing the latest research. The first appointment was free and he got all the pictures/x-rays he needed for proper diagnosis without asking to pay for any of it. The way he explained showed how confident he is in correct approach, and there was no hint on deciding based on financial situation, like I have sadly heard from different orthodontists. I would recommend Dr. Cohen to anyone, but you should meet him yourself, even if for second opinion before signing up with another orthodontist, it's free after all. You might be surprised.

I also had great experience with office staff, getting appointment last minute. My kid loved being there because there is a video game booth and an app that makes kids collect points for good habits and exchange them for gift cards!

They really have built an amazing practice! I am very grateful to my dentist for the referral.

Dr. Cohen has an assembly line of patients. No personal care at all. When I finished my invisiline he said to me “we just wanted to make sure you weren’t going to chip your front teeth, so we are done”. Not what my understanding of the process was. They took post braces pics which were never shared with me. I was asked to sign a contract that states I need to wear the retainers for life and their product isn’t guaranteed. I have a history of teeth grinding.. that’s why I wanted braces. I was told that I would probably grind through my retainers. That I would need to go to my dentist for a night guard. But they don’t guarantee the treatment because I’m not wearing there retainers. Not impressed. Would never recommend Dr. Cohen. I was referred to him by my dentist and periodontist. He doesn’t get my referral.

Wow! What a fantastic three year journey and the results are amazing. Our son now has the most beautiful set of teeth. Dr. Cohen and his entire team are so kind, professional and knowledgeable about what they do. If you are considering orthodontic work for your daughter or son, you won't be disappointed!
