Dr Bainey is the best cardiologist I have ever had with my many years of heart disease. He is kind and respectful and listens to his patient. Doctors should take example of his fine care and his compassion. His bedside manner is the best I have ever experienced and I have seen lots of doctors! He takes the time to listen and books lots of time in clinic. I am amazed at his knowledge and his up to date treatments. He is an expert in his field but is so humble with his experience. We are so fortunate to have him in Edmonton! He is the absolute best!!!!!

Dr Bainey is the kindest cardiologist I have come across in my years of heart disease. He took the time to explain my condition and was very sympathetic. He searches for answers. He is up to date with new technology. He is an expert in his field and I am so grateful to have him looking after me at the MAZ.

Dr. Bainey conducts himself very unprofessionally. He is quite pompous, his over confidence and ego is going to get someone injured or worse! He doesn’t listen and assumes he knows a patients body better than they do . Dr. Bainey is more concerned with his accolades and resume than he is patient care which is extremely dangerous. He doesn’t seem overly knowledgeable about basic physiology and testing practices. Maybe I just had a bad experience because I’m not East Asian.

Had dr.bainey operate on my mother with stems for multiple blockages and he successfully did the operation even though the circumstances my mom was under was very difficult and other doctors were not willing to do the operation except dr bainey. Grateful to him for his kindness and willing to help out my mother in this crucial time.

Dr Bainey preformed my angiogram on April 20, 2018, to see what was causing my flow issue problems . I was very impressed with the care and knowledge I was treated with on that day.
He determined that the procedure I would require was much more extensive and I would be better to come in at a later date. I had my second procedure done on June 20 when Dr. Bainey and Dr Vo teamed up in a 5 hour procedure to perform a double stint procedure attacking the blockage by both sides. Coming into the room as I discharged a day later giving me his office card in case I require his expertise in the future. What a caring Doctor.

Dr. Bainey took care of my dad when he had his heart attack last year January 2017. We could not be more pleased with the care that we received for our dad. He is easy to talk to and doesn't mind answering any questions that you have!! We feel so lucky that our dad got this cardiologist!!
